Rosaria S. Crudele, of Greenwich, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on June 17, 1944, in Cosenza, Italy, to Salvatore Rocco Scarpelli and Lesina Angelina Chiappetta. Rosaria immigrated to the United States in 1971 with her beloved husband, Michele Crudele. Together, they built a life centered on family, faith, and love while raising their three children.
Rosaria will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and deep devotion to her family. She took great pride in her cooking and gardening, and the warmth and traditions she shared will live on in all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Teresa Iscaro, Anthony Crudele, and Michela Kennedy (Michael); her beloved grandchildren, Alexis, John, Tyler, Serena, Stefania, and Michael Jr.; and her brother, Joseph Scarpelli.
She is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Michele Crudele; her brother, Salvatore Scarpelli; and her parents.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Mamaroneck location of Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home on Friday, August 7, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Pelham, NY on Saturday, August 8, at 9:45 a.m., followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Greenwich.
