Paul F. Squillace, a lifelong Greenwich resident, passed away peacefully Tuesday June 15. He was 96.
Born April 28, 1925 to the late Frank and Catherine Squillace; he attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and later went on to work for the Greenwich School District.
Paul served his community for 50 years as a volunteer firefighter as a member of Hose and Chemical Co. No. 2. He was also a diehard NY Giants fan. Paul is survived by his loving sister Minnie Mellor and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents and his siblings Anthony, James, John, Nellie, and Angelina.
To honor his life, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00am Friday at St. Mary’s Church on Greenwich Ave. followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
