Mary Bocchino, a longtime Greenwich resident, passed away April 9, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was 91. Mary was born November 10, 1930, to Michael & Ruth Dwyer. For many years she worked as a switchboard operator in New York City and was also very active as a mother in the New Lebanon School and PTA. Mary had served as a Den Mother for Troop 1.
She is now reunited with her beloved husband, the late Herbert Bocchino. Mary is survived by her loving sons, Thomas Bocchino (Beth), Edward Bocchino (Thomas), Herbert Bocchino (Elaine), Guy Bocchino (Jenny) and Mike Bocchino (Shannon), seven dear grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
To honor Mary’s life, family and friends will gather on Tuesday 4:00-8:00pm at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave Greenwich, 203-869-5968.
Funeral Mass is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Church followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
