On Sunday around 11:00pm Greenwich Police responded to a car crash on Fairfield Rd.
While conducting the investigation police learned the driver, identified as Joshua Velez, 21, of Norwalk had an active arrest warrant out of Norwalk for Failure to Appear in Court 2.
He was also charged with Speeding and Driving under Suspension.
His bond was set at $25,000 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 25, 2022.
