Lorenzo Contadino passed on June 30, 2018 in Greenwich with his loving family at his side.
He was born on March 1, 1940 in Rose Cosenza, Italy to Luigi and Marietta (Imbrogno) Contadino. Lorenzo was predeceased by his sisters Giuseppina Contadino Bria, Dora Contadino, his brother-in-laws Eugenio Bria and Antonio Tenuta.
He is survived by his wife Angelina (Docimo) Contadino, his five children Mary, Anna (Dario) Pirri, Cathy (John) Clairborne, Rose and Teresa, his loving grandchildren Noah and Christian Clairborne, his brother Gennero Contadino and his wife Rita Fangermano Contadino, and his sister Attila Contadino Tenuta.
The family wishes to thank Dr. M. Sung Lee and his staff for their fantastic care; and Dr. Alexander Delvecchio and Dr. Marcus Mayus for their care and kindness.
Visitation at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Avenue, Greenwich, CT on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Michael’s Church, 496 North Street, Greenwich, CT. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich, CT.
