Joseph Robert Pucci, 50

Joseph Robert Pucci of Greenwich, Connecticut, was born on October 30th, 1973 to parents Ronald and Joan Pucci. Aged 50, Joseph died after a brief but courageous battle with cancer on February 7th, 2024.

Affectionately called “Joey”, “Joe Joe”, or “Fathead” by friends and family, Joseph was a friendly, fun-loving guy, easily loved by everyone he came across. Known for his quick-witted, sarcastic sense of humor and down-to-earth, indomitable attitude towards life, Joseph was above all else a friend to all who knew him. Joseph was a “foodie” and loved trying new and exciting dishes; he also loved riding his motorcycle, making memories with friends and family, and spending time at his beloved cabin in the Catskill mountains.

Joseph is survived by his parents, Ronald and Joan Pucci, his brother Craig Pucci and sister-in-law Teresa Pucci, and his sister Mary Inzitari and brother-in-law Joseph Inzitari; as well as his nieces Endewyn Inzitari, Isabella Pucci, and Sophia Pucci, nephew Nicholas Inzitari, and innumerable extended family members and friends whose lives have all been touched by Joseph’s passing.

Joseph’s family would like to send their deepest thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Greenwich Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.

Joseph will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who loved him.

To honor his life, friends and family will gather for a memorial service on February 17, 2024 at Castiglione Funeral Home, Greenwich, from 10:am – 1:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
