Dominick Chiappetta¸ a lifelong resident of Greenwich, passed away Saturday January 7. He was 73.
Born January 16, 1949 to Anthony and Jennie Chiappetta. Dominick attended Greenwich High School. Dominick worked for many years as a limo driver for Greenwich Taxi and later for his own business.
He had a passion for golf, basketball, and was a die hard San Francisco Giants fan. Dominick was known for his sense of humor and always knew how to make someone laugh.
Dominick is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Maureen (nee Mason), his uncle Richard Chiappetta, Aunts Joann and Marie; Sister in-laws Diane Roina (Robert), Patricia King; Brother in-laws Bill Mason, Michael (Jenny); Many nieces, nephews, and cousins; As well as his extended golf family.
To honor his life, family and friends will gather Wednesday 4:00pm-8:00pm at Cose & Graziano Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave. Greenwich (203) 869-5968. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am Thursday at St. Roch Church, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
