David was born on April 4, 1969, and raised in Riverside by his parents, Cindy and Paul, alongside his siblings, Stephen and Sarah. He graduated from Greenwich High School (’87) and the University of New Hampshire (’91). After college, David stayed local to Greenwich, working, raising his daughters, spending time with family, tending to his beautiful gardens, reading an unending stack of library books, cheering on his beloved NY Jets and never passing up a good day to cast his fishing rod.

David is survived by his parents, Cindy and Paul Lindemeyer, his loving wife, Rebecca Lindemeyer (Pastore), and his two daughters, Allison and Lizzie Lindemeyer (mother Megan Tyre), his brother Stephen (Barbara) of Purcellville, VA and sister Sarah (Steven Klocinski) of Riverside. Also among his loved ones are Diane & Randy Keleher of Cos Cob, Tony & Maureen Pastore of Riverside, Jessica & Marc Reynolds of Byram, David Pastore of Stamford, Erin & Teddy Perley of Cos Cob, Stephen Otis of Newmarket, NH, and many more extended nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A service for David will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Riverside on August 2, 2024, at 11:00am; the family welcomes all to attend to memorialize a young life lost too soon.

The service will also be live-streamed at stpaulsriverside.org/worship/. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Friends of Greenwich Library in David’s memory.
