Barbara Sabito passed away on Wednesday, August 1, at the age of 69.
Born on July 14, 1949, she was the daughter of Angelina and Angelo Forte. Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Frank Sabito and a truly devoted mother and grandmother.
She was an active member in the Cos Cob Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary as well as a faithful parishioner of St. Roch’s Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and a singer in the choir. Barbara is survived by her loving son Jason (Karri), cherished grandchildren Leah and Ryan, dear brother Angelo Forte, brother-in-law John (Maria) and many nieces and nephews.
To honor her life, family and friends will gather Sunday 4:00pm – 8:00pm at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home 134 Hamilton Ave. Greenwich (203) 869-5968.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00am Monday at St. Roch’s Church.
Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
