Announcement of upcoming public hearing on capital projects in Greenwich from Harry Fisher, current chair of the Board of Estimate and Taxation:
“Work has already begun on developing the 2026-27 municipal budget and we want the public to have the chance to be heard on potential capital projects.
“On Nov. 13, First Selectman Fred Camilo and BET Chair Harry Fisher will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. in the first floor Town Hall Meeting Room. This is a chance for the public to come and advocate for projects that could be included in next year’s budget or in future years.
“There will be a list of contemplated capital projects available at the hearing.
“Speakers will be limited to three minutes. Please come and join us to discuss the projects that are priorities to you.”
Update: The meeting will be broadcast on cable channel Ch 79 on Optimum and 24 on Verizon. While there will be no Zoom link, there will be a recording on GCTV’s YouTube channel.
