Heads Up: Old Mill Rd Culvert Emergency Replacement Means Detour Starts July 18

Beginning July 18, 2016, construction will begin on the Old Mill Road Culvert Emergency Replacement.

The culvert is located on Old Mill Road between North Porchuck Road and Round Hill Road, approximately 180 feet east of Old Round Hill Lane. The road is scheduled to be closed at the culvert from Monday, July 18, 2016 until Monday, August 15, 2016.

The project design was completed by the Engineering Division. The construction will be performed by A. Vitti Excavators, LLC of Stamford, CT with construction inspection by the Engineering Division.

The following detour will be established:

Traffic wanting to travel eastbound on Old Mill Road shall utilize North Porchuck Road to Porchuck Road to Round Hill Road.

Traffic wanting to travel westbound on Old Mill Road shall utilize Round Hill Road to Porchuck Road to North Porchuck Road.
