On Friday, First Selectman Tesei bid farewell to his executive assistant Michael Rosen who has accepted a job in Bedford Massachusetts, where he will serve as assistant town manager.
Rosen joked that after sitting on the dais for 3-1/2 years, his farewell was the first time he used the microphone for the very first time.
“I cannot ask for a better mentor than the First Selectman,” Rosen said. “This opportunity has been an amazing frontline view of local government, and of an active and engaged citizenry. The experience has been invaluable and has shaped me into an up-and-coming public manager.”
“Thank you Greenwich, and keep in touch,” Rosen said.
