RH (formerly Restoration Hardware) is leasing the former Ralph Lauren building at 265 Greenwich Avenue and anticipates opening in the second half of this year according to a LinkedIn post from ORIGIN realty advisors who announced the successful leasing of the entire building.
In addition to the RH location in the historic Post office building and RH Outdoor at 264 Greenwich Ave, this will make for RH’s third location in downtown Greenwich.
“We were honored to represent Thurles, Inc. in this remarkable deal on such an iconic location on the street,” said Jessica Curtis of ORIGIN in the post on LinkedIn.

The building at 265 Greenwich Ave was previously home to Ralph Lauren from 2009 to 2017. It sat empty after that store closed before becoming home to SaksWorks with two floors of flexible work and meeting space in 2021 and a restaurant Ruby & Bella restaurant. Both closed in 2023.
RH, which originally was located at 236 Greenwich Ave, moved in 2015 to the historic US Post Office building at 310 Greenwich Ave with great fanfare.
