Riko’s Pizza in Stamford Offers “American Cheeseburger Pie” for a Limited Time

Riko’s Pizza, a Connecticut-based restaurant franchise specializing in thin-crust, Stamford-style pizza, launched its American Cheeseburger Pie on June 9 as a limited time offer for the summer.

Riko’s American Cheeseburger pizza features seasoned ground beef, onions, jalapenos, shredded mozzarella, and American cheese on Riko’s signature thin crust. This specialty pie will only be available for a limited time at all of Riko’s eight locations in Connecticut, New York and Florida.

Founded in 2011 by Rico Imbrogno, Riko’s Pizza started as a single-location family business in Stamford.

Riko’s has since franchised and expanded to eight locations: four corporate-owned and four franchise-owned stores across three states—Connecticut, Florida, and New York—with two additional franchise locations opening by the end of 2023.

Riko’s Pizza is known for its one-of-a-kind menu, which features unique thin crust pizza recipes—such as the iconic Hot Oil Pie—Nashville Hot Chicken, and Salad Pizza, with the American Cheeseburger Pizza as its newest, limited-time addition.

All Riko’s Pizza locations will participate in this offer. This includes the location at 2010 West Main Street just over the town line in Stamford and the Riko’s location at 886 Hope Street in Stamford. Also the location at 247 Connecticut Ave in Norwalk, 1920 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, 934 Boston Post Road in Darien.
