If there’s anyone to trust in making your pizza, it is someone raised in the pizza capital of the country, New Haven.

Dough Girls Pizza Truck is a female-owned small business that operates in and around the Greenwich area.

Louise Joseph, the owner of the truck, has found her niche in pizza making.

From hand-mixed dough to a wood-fired oven (on the go, of course), Louise can bring her tasty pies across the county.

Aside from the homemade mozzarella, Dough Girls’ pizza truck uses locally sourced produce in the making of the pizza.

Although Louise is often found serving up personal-sized pies at the Old Greenwich Farmers Market or at the Greenwich Polo Club, her services allow you to enjoy her pies at private events too.

To find Louise on social media, her is her Instagram for weekly updates @doughgirlspizza
