In an effort to gain political control of Greenwich, the Democrats have resorted to inaccurate, divisive and negative messages. The Republicans’ response of choice is to put forth facts.
True campaigning should address a candidate’s experience, leadership ability and accomplishments. Therefore, we are proud to support the reelection of Fred Camillo as First Selectman of our great Town.
Fred’s numerous accomplishments have contributed to Greenwich being safe, fiscally attractive and the envy of many towns across the country. It is interesting to note that, during the pandemic, New Yorkers chose to flee their Democratic run cities/towns to come to this town, well run by his Republican administration.
Fred’s politics are secondary to his love for our town. His decisions are based on what is best for all of Greenwich. He is an effective and proven leader. When concerns are brought to his attention, he investigates and coordinates toaddress these issues. As an example, he met with Glenville residents to discuss their neighborhood concerns: Safety, sidewalks, traffic calming and street drainage improvements. The day after their meeting, DPW was onsite to begin taking corrective action.
From promptly responding to his constituents’ texts, calls and emails to attending various community and civic events, Fred’s devotion to our town is unwavering. We are all for Fred because Fred is for all of Greenwich.
