On Jan 13 Greenwich Police say a Greenwich man was driving in the area of Greenwich Ave around 6:30pm while his license was under suspension and was in possession of a prescribed controlled substance that was not kept in its proper prescription container.
Michael Francis Bennett, 38, of East Byway in Greenwich, was charged with failure to Keep narcotics in Original Container and Illegal Operation of Motor Vehicle Under Suspension.
He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 27, 2020.
