On Thursday, July 16, starting at noon, the YMCA of Greenwich will be hosting a luncheon and nutrition talk, focusing on hypertension. The suggested donation for the event is between $3-$5. YMCA Lunch N Learn Lecture Series, starting next Thursday, are senior nutrition programs. Sponsored by Catholic Charities of Fairfield County, speakers Maureen Neuberger, Catholic Charities Director of Senior Nutrition Program and Charu Pandit, Catholic Charities Nutritionist, will speak on various senior nutritional matters.
Following lectures will cover:
· Fiber (Thursday July 30th; RSVP by Friday July 24th)
· Physical Activity (Thursday, August 13th; RSVP by Friday, August 7th)
· Diabetes (Thursday, September 24th; RSVP by Friday, September 18th)
