At the YMCA of Greenwich, there are no strangers—only friends yet to be discovered. This fall, embrace the season of change by connecting with new people, enhancing skills, and exploring new interests through their fall session programs. Registration is now open to all community members.
The 10-week session runs from September 3rd through November 10 and features a variety of classes for youth, teens, and adults.
While most classes require a fee, select adult classes are included at no additional cost for YMCA members.

Extracurricular activities foster teamwork, creativity, and a sense of belonging, all crucial for young minds’ development. Under the leadership of newly appointed Senior Director of Youth Development Kelley Gordan-Minott, programs for youth and teens have been expanded to activate, engage, and inspire across various disciplines.
The youth program offerings include:
- Tumble (Ages 8 Months – 2 Years)
- Y-Play (Ages 8 Months – 2 Years)
- Kids in Sports (Ages 1-4 Years)
- Two’s Time (Age 2 Years)
- Crafty Creations (Ages 3-5 Years)
- Beginner Cheerleading (Ages 5-8 Years)
- Multi Sports (Ages 5-10 Years)
- Greenwich Swim Club (Ages 8-12 Years)
- Piano Prodigy (Ages 3-12 Years)
- STEAM Lab (Ages 8-13 Years)
- Swim Lessons (All Ages)
The teen program offerings include:
- Swim Club (Ages 8-12 Years)
- STEAM Lab (Ages 8-13 Years)
- Non-Contact Boxing (Ages 11-15 Years)
- Portfolio Art (Ages 13+ Years)
Designed to deliver a fun fitness experience, adults can enjoy the following offerings in addition to standard group wellness classes:

- Best Stretch of Your Life
- Flex Functional
