Erica Christ, Registered Dietitian and Manager of Outpatient Nutrition Services at Greenwich Hospital, will explain strategies to help us succeed with incorporating healthy eating habits with today’s busy lifestyles at a ‘Lunch and Learn’ session on Thursday, March 6, from 12:00 noon – 1:15pm at First Congregational Church of Greenwich.
Learn what kinds of “convenience” foods will set us up for nutritional success, at home and on the go.
