For the past 12 years the Junior League has brought Casino Day to residents at The Nathaniel Witherell.

At this annual event, laughter indeed is the best medicine. The idea is to provide a day of entertainment for the entire senior community. The event featured Bingo, Roulette, Slot Machines and other casino themed games provided by Ace and Jack Enterprises, located in Valley Stream, New York.

The event was put on by the Junior League’s “Done in a Day” committee, as well as Greenwich High School volunteers who announced Bingo.

The room was decorated in a casino theme and the residents were able to enjoy food from Balducci’s, cake from Stop & Shop and other refreshments.

The residents were also able to win cash prizes and gift certificates, including on-site spa services and other goodies. It was a fun-filled day for all and excitement filled the room.
