Greenwich Students to Talk Climate Change and Environmental Policies

There will be a free event at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm to amplify youth voices on climate change and environmental policies.

As climate change impact intensifies over time, it is the children and young people of today who will live with the consequences.

In response young people all over the world have begun to fight back on a scale never seen before.

Young people in Greenwich are tapping into their skills to speak up for climate action. Student activists from the local public and private schools will be the featured speakers.

The event is sponsored by Greenwich High School, Greenwich Audubon, and Conservation Commission.
