Climate change and local impacts will be focus of the next Greenwich Democratic Town Committee speakers series to be held July 25 at 7:00pm – 8:30pm at Greenwich Town Hall, 101 Field Point Road.
James Albis, Senior Advisor to Commissioner at Connecticut DEEP Commissioner will speak about what Greenwich needs to do to prepare for climate change.
Climate changes are already taking place and are expected to accelerate over the next two decades. Greenwich residents need to fully appreciate the impacts of these changes on our community and what we need to do to be a more resilient and sustainable community in the face of these changes.
