The Byram Neighborhood Association’s new chairman is Oscar Rodriguez, who is well known in the New Lebanon School community. Mr. Rodriguez announced that there will be a meeting of the BNA on Monday May 15, 2017 at 7:00 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church (basement level), 266 Delavan Ave.

“I encourage you to bring a neighbor or a friend to attend the meeting and join the BNA,” Rodriguez wrote in an email to members, adding that he is eager to build the BNA’s membership. “We want our residents to be active in their community to make sure your voices are heard and that the residents of District 4 and 4a are being best served by the Town of Greenwich.”
