Everyone who submitted a request for community or senior tickets via the ticket lottery for the 2019 Greenwich Town Party received an email on Thursday morning thanking them for their participation. The Lottery Application closed on Sept 4.
Since June 1 lottery applications for more than 5,000 applications – requesting up to 6 Community or 4 Senior tickets each – were submitted.
The email said a random lottery will be conducted and all applicants will be notified on or around September 17.
Upon verification of Greenwich residency, employment or academic enrollment, lottery-winning applicants will have the opportunity to purchase up to the number of tickets requested.
Non-winning lottery applicants will remain on a Wait List, in order of the random lottery drawing.
Any tickets not purchased during the verification / purchase process will be offered to the next person(s) on the Wait List.
In the meantime, GTP 2019 Sponsorships and Neighbor Passes are available now, and we encourage all who are able, to consider supporting the sustainability of the event by becoming a Neighbor or a Sponsor.
