Bruce Cunningham passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017. He was 73.
Bruce was born on February 12, 1944 in Stamford, CT to his parents, Evan and Jane Cunningham.

Bruce was a 1962 graduate of Greenwich High School. After graduation he worked as a painter for his family’s business, Grover C. Cunningham Auto Body Shop.

Bruce eventually became the President and owner of the shop working side by side with his wife and son, Gary. Bruce oversaw the business that has served the Greenwich community for over 100 years. In 1964 he married Lynn Williams and they raised 2 sons. They were married for 53 years.

Bruce served in the National Guard domestically during the Vietnam War, 192nd F.A. Bn. Association earning an Honorable Discharge in 1963.

Bruce was a member of Harry Howard Hook & Ladder Company in Port Chester, NY, for 50 years and the Westchester County Volunteer Fireman Association. He also was a high ranking member of The Grand Lodge Free and Accepted Masons of New York, John Jay Lodge #0653, just celebrating his 50th anniversary.

Bruce is survived by his wife Lynn, his two sons Bruce (MaryBeth) and Gary (Deb) and three grandchildren Kevin, Kaitlyn and Kristian, his niece, Melissa Valenti and great-niece, Lexy. He was predeceased by his parents and sister, Judy Flood.

Calling hours will be at Castiglione Funeral Home on Thursday, October 19 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and a Memorial Service will be on Friday, October 20 at 11:00 am at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Road #3, Greenwich.
