Greenwich Police arrested an inmate of the CT Dept of Corrections by warrant on June 17 for charges stemming from investigation of an incident back on Jan 10, 2026 in the area of Railroad Ave.
Police said Zachary Alexander Colvin, 30, of Vernon, CT was in court for a scheduled court appearance when they arrested him by warrant.
Mr. Colvin was charged with Larceny of Motor Vehicle First Offense, Larceny 4, Ill Take Payment Card, Criminal Attempt Payment card Fraud, Robbery by Carjacking Enhancement (committing robbery by knowingly taking an occupied motor vehicle), and Disorderly Conduct.
His bond was set at $500,000.
Colvin was processed by the investigators and returned to the custody of Judicial Marshals for same day arraignment in Stamford Superior Court.
Police also arrested by warrant on June 17 was Meghan Elizabeth Dodgson, 35, of Vernon, CT who is a current inmate of CT Dept of Corrections.
She faces charges stemming from the same incident as Mr. Colvin.
She was charged with Conspiracy to commit Larceny of MV first offense, Criminal Trover 1st degree and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery by Carjacking Enhancement.
Her bond was set at $175,000.
Dodgson was processed and returned to the custody of Judicial Marshals for same day arraignment.
