On Sept 19 around 6:00pm, Greenwich police officers responded to Weaver Street on a complaint of a neighbor dispute.
Investigation revealed that Donna L Levin, 66, of Greenwich, had screamed at a victim and poured a bucket of water on top of her.
Levin was charged with Disorderly Conduct and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on October 3, 2025.
