Intoxicated Trespasser in Greenwich Residence Charged with Assaulting Cop

Greenwich Police arrested a Port Chester Man on Sunday night after several units responded to Chickahominy on a report of a man trespassing in a residence.

According to the CIS the reporting party said the suspect, later identified as Fabian Coyt-Flores, 42, no longer lived at the residence and hadn’t for several years, but when returning home around 7:45pm, she found him sleeping on the floor and intoxicated by alcohol. Further, the reporting party said that when she confronted him, Coyt-Flores engaged in violent tumultuous behavior, pushing the victim.

When officers entered the residence and confronted Coyt-Flores, he resisted arrest and assaulted an officer by striking their abdomen with his knee.

Coyt-Flores was eventually secured in handcuffs and transported to police headquarters where he was charged with Criminal Trespass 2, Interfering with Officer/Resisting, Assault Public Safety Officer, Disorderly Conduct.

Coyt-Flores was unable to post his $50,000 bond and was placed in police detention. He was assigned a court appearance in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 8, 2025.
