Stamford Town Center announced on Friday the launch of a new parking system powered by AirGarage, a full-service parking operator that replaces outdated systems with a seamless, technology-backed platform used at properties nationwide.
As of October, existing pay stations will be removed and replaced with AirGarage’s mobile-first platform.

The system allows visitors to park and pay directly from their smartphones, making parking faster, easier, and hassle-free. The parking rate of $1 per hour will not change; however, there will be a $.35 processing fee for each transaction.
How to Use AirGarage
Getting started is simple:
- Download the AirGarage app or visit pay.airgarage.com.
- Create an account and add your payment method.
- Scan the QR code at the parking entrance or search for ‘Stamford Town Center’ in the app.
- Tap ‘Start Parking’ when you arrive.
- Tap ‘End Parking’ when you leave to end your session and receive a receipt.
Sessions begin when you park and end when you leave, so there’s no need to guess how long you’ll be parked or return to pay. For an even simpler experience, drivers can opt-in to automatic sessions. With license plate recognition (LPR), your session begins automatically when you enter and ends when you exit, no need to tap start or stop.

- Start and end parking on your phone, or enable autostart sessions for automatic tracking upon entry and exit
