On July 3, around 12:20am, Greenwich Police were detailed to the scene of a motor vehicle crash on East Putnam Ave at the intersection of Sound Beach Ave.
Investigation revealed that one of the drivers, Graham R Savio, 24, of Riverside, was displaying signs of alcohol impairment which was later confirmed by standardized field sobriety testing.
Police say Mr. Savio was unable to perform the test to standard. He was charged with Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and DUI.
His bond was set at $250 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 17, 2020.
