Greenwich Police Arrest Women Who Used False Name

Greenwich Police arrested a Port Chester woman on July 21 after being notified she was outside a residence she frequents in Byram.

The woman, Maria Hernandez, 47, of Bush Ave in Port Chester, was wanted by Greenwich Police for a hit and run car crash back on June 10, 2019.

During the investigation Hernandez provided a false name to hide her identity.

She was charged with Interfering with an Officer/Resisting Arrest and assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on August  5, 2019. She was unable to post her bond of $250.
