Man Arrested for Urinating in Public on Greenwich Ave

On August 6 Greenwich Police responded to 410 Greenwich Avenue, which is the address of People’s United Bank on a report of a black male wearing black jeans and a hospital shirt who was urinating in public.

Officers located a man matching the description a short distance away and determined that not only had the man had urinated in front of multiple witnesses, but that he was in possession of a bag of tools stolen from a nearby construction site. This was confirmed when the owner of the tools approached officers on scene and identified himself and the tools.

Fazil Itsinzi, 26, of Southport, Maine was charged with Larceny 5 and Breach of Peace. He was unable to post his $1,000 bond was was held at the police station. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on August 20, 2018.
