On June 23, around 8:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the area of Harold Ave and St. Roch Ave in Chickahomony.
During the investigation it was discovered that a Greenwich woman, Sonia Silvia Astudillo, 44, of 232 Hamilton Avenue, had struck a car and fled the scene.
Ms. Astudillo responded to Greenwich Police headquarters and admitted to having hit the car and fled.
She was arrested an charged with Evading Responsibility. She was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 9, 2018.
