Multiple Charges for Bronx Man after Police Respond to Fight on West Side of Greenwich

Greenwich Police responded to a residence on the west side of town early Friday morning on a report of a fight in progress.

According to a release, upon arrival officers encountered Dimitri A Rojas, 22, of Bronx, NY, who was acting in a disorderly and belligerent manner.

Mr. Rojas refused to cooperate with officers and actively resisted arrest and fought with police.

They say that after being taken into custody, Rojas continued to resist and refused to be fingerprinted.

Rojas was charged with Assault 3, Disorderly Conduct, Assault on a Public Safety Officer, Interfering with Officer and Refusing to be Fingerprinted.

His was held on a $10,000 and he appeared in Stamford Superior Court later that day.
