On Saturday March 17, Greenwich Police received notification by Rye Brook, NY Police that Shaun M Sparks of 18 Brook Lane in Rye Brook, had an extraditable warrant out of Alabama for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Greenwich Police said that Sparks was originally transported to the Greenwich Hospital emergency room by Rye Brook after overdosing in their jurisdiction. He was arrested and processed under the charge of Fugitive from Justice.
Mr. Sparks was being held on a $25,000 bond, which he was unable to post at the time of his arrest. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 2,2018.
