ISD Color Run is Back in Person on Saturday

The International School at Dundee Parent Teacher Association will host the 5th annual Greenwich Color Challenge fun run and obstacle course on, Saturday, April 9.

The event is at ISD, 55 Florence Road, Riverside, rain or shine from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.

This action-packed, community-wide event will be held rain or shine, and is open to the public with all proceeds benefiting PTA-sponsored curriculum enhancements.

After a virtual event last year, the ISD community is thrilled to finally be back in person again to enjoy this fun and color-filled family event.

The 1.5-mile course starts and ends at the ISD fields and takes participants through obstacles, a foam pit and color stations—where kids and adults get “dusted” with safe, non-toxic, washable powder.

(Those who prefer to skip the color can simply run around the stations).  Once runners reach the finish line and receive their ribbons, the fun continues with a variety of games, prizes and food.

“After two years, we are happy to have our successful Greenwich Color Challenge back! It is a great community event that helps support our school,” said Kristine McCue ISD PTA Co-President. “Everyone will have a blast getting dusted with color, making their way through our obstacles and just being silly.”

The Greenwich Color Challenge couldn’t happen without our amazing sponsors! Special thanks to the following supporters: Angela Swift with Compass, Ada’s and Roost Kitchen + Coffee, Atelier, Breezemont Camp, Greenwich Window Treatments, Greenwich Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics, Gofer Ice Cream, Goldfish Swim School, GWT Outdoors Inc., Harumi Stewart/Berkshire Hathaway, Jones Street Investment Partners, Mathnasium, Martina Kusurin and Michael Carey with Sotheby’s, ONS, Pizza Post, Pyoor, Russian School of Mathematics, Sushi Soba and our neighbors and ISD community.
