Woman with History of Arrests in Greenwich is Charged with Violating Protective Order

On Nov 30 Greenwich Police say Carmen E Santos, 46, from Bedford, NY turned herself in at the police headquarters on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Protective Order.

The warrant stemmed from an incident back on Feb 3, 2020 in which Santos allegedly contact the person with the protective order.

Santos bond was set at $25,000, which she was unable to post. She was assigned the next available court date, Dec 1, 2020.

According to the Judicial branch website, Santos has multiple pending cases involving incidents in Greenwich.

There are pending charges for Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Appear 2 for an incident in September 2018.

There are charges of Disorderly Conduct, Risk of Injury to a Child, Violation of Protective Order and Failure to Appear 1 stemming back to an incident in Greenwich on Jan 15, 2019.

Further, there are pending charges for Violation of Protective Order, Risk of Injury to Child (2 counts), and Disorderly Conduct/Annoying / Interfering Persons and Failure to Appear 1 for an incident stemming back to an incident on Valentine’s Day 2019.

There are charges for Violation of Protective Order and Failure to Appear 1 for an incident on Oct 9, 2019.

Finally, Violation of Protective Order for an incident on Feb 3, 2020.
