On July 3, Pamela Talgo turned herself in to Greenwich Police headquarters on an active arrest warrant.
Ms. Talgo, 56, of Stony Hill Rd in W Harrison, NY, was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which she was subsequently transported to Greenwich Hospital.
The original incident took place on King Street on May 1, 2018 around noon.
An arrest warrant was completed for Failure to Carry Registration/Insurance card, Evading Responsibility, DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane, and two counts Improper Turn Signal.
Her bond was set at $1,000 and she has a court date on July 18, 2018.
