On March 25 around 8:30pm multiple Greenwich Police responded to Riverside on a report of two women having a verbal dispute.
Officers on scene determined that the victim no longer wanted the suspect, Cindy Sonstanza, 36, of Bridgeport there.
Constanza was advised by officers not to return or have contact with the victim.
While officers were still on scene with the victim, Constanza returned and refused to follow officers’ orders to stay away.
She was subsequently taken into custody and was charged with criminal Trespass 1, Disorderly Conduct, Risk of Injury to a Child (2 counts) and Interfering with an Officer.
Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 28. Constanza was transported to Greenwich Hospital.
