On Monday Greenwich Police responded to the Hyatt Regency in Old Greenwich on a report of a guest who declined to pay her hotel bill.
Police say managers at the hotel report that Elizabeth B Quinn, 55, of Stamford had been given a deadline to either pay her bill or leave the establishment, and that Ms Quinn understood the deadline and said she was attempting to secure payment.
Police say when they spoke to Quinn, she was still in her room, had not paid her bill and was past the deadline given by the hotel.
She was charged with Criminal Trespass 1 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 8, 2021. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
