Greenwich Police Narcotics Officers arrested men last Sunday evening as they were attempting to purchase Xanax and Adderall pills from an undercover officer.
Xanax and Adderall are both controlled substances.
Gary Hazen, 29, of Blohm Street in West Haven was charged with Criminal Attempt at Illegal Possession and Illegal Possession. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 14.
The other man – Joseph Biancheri, 29, of New Haven Ave in Milford – was charged with Criminal Attempt at Illegal Possession and were issued misdemeanor summonses and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 14, 2019.
