On Feb 12 Greenwich Police were detailed to the dead end area of of Lyon Ave on a report of multiple subjects in a car possibly engaging in drug activity.
During the investigation, the driver of the car, identified as Walter Timothy Serrano, 18, of 4 Gibson Court in Norwalk, produced a clear bag containing a green leafy substance.
The substance tested positive for presumptive marijuana. Upon weighing the substance at Greenwich Police headquarters, the bag was found to weigh 37.2 grams.
Serrano was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Illegal Possession.
Serrano was given a misdemeanor summons and has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb. 26.
