Greenwich Police arrested a youthful offender, 17, on Feb 7 after observing a vehicle traveling 82 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone on West Putnam Ave.
Around 10:00pm, Greenwich Police stopped the vehicle the teen boy was driving, and upon investigation, the accused was determined to have been operating the vehicle during the time of the observed speeding.
The driver was arrested and charged with Reckless Driving.
The arrestee was released and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 21, 2025.
