Stopped for Speeding by State Police on I-95 in Greenwich, Three Men Face Multiple Drug Charges

On Saturday at about 2:00am State Police from Troop G stopped a car for speeding on I-95 in Greenwich.

An investigation revealed “crack” cocaine, cash and multiple cell phones indicative of drug trafficking. Three men were vehicle were arrested for multiple drug charges.

Police seized 12.1 grams of crack cocaine, $2,240 in U.S. Currency, and eight cell phones from the car.

Three New Haven men were arrested, including Tyreese Arnelle Little, Miguel A. Quinones, and Jesus Joel Torres.

All three posted bond and are scheduled to appear in Stamford court on Feb. 19.

According to a post on the Connecticut State Police Facabook on Saturday, CT State Troopers assigned to Troop G are tasked with many responsibilities during their shifts.

“Detecting and enforcing our states drug laws is just one of these tasks,” the post said. “Troop G Troopers take great pride and are dedicated to stopping these dangerous substances and those that transport them on our highways.”
