Greenwich Police arrested a Greenwich woman on Wednesday. Twice.
Police say the arrests stemmed from an ongoing downtown neighbor dispute, with the first incident taking place on May 25, and the second on June 1.
According to Greenwich Police Captain Mark Zuccerella the victim claimed that the accused, Lihong Zhang, 54, had cut a cable on an outdoor camera on the victim’s property, knowingly damaging property that did not belong to her, twice.
Police obtained two warrants for the arrest of Ms Zhang for the two separate incidents.
Zhang, who is an elected member of the RTM in District 1, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 2.
She is due to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 22.
Zhang was released from police custody on a promise to appear in court.
