On Sept 15 Greenwich Police arrested a Mt Vernon, NY man on charges stemming from an incident on Mill Street in Byram back on Dec 27, 2019.
Greenwich Police extradited Rakway McKinnon, 23, from Schenectady County Jail in New York. He had been taken into custody by New York State Police on Sept 2 after he was advised of the Greenwich Police warrant for: Robbery 3, Assault 3 on an Elderly Victim, and Larceny 6.
His bond was set at $100,000, which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 29, 2020.
