Greenwich police responded to South Water St in Byram on the report of a domestic incident on Dec. 14, at about 10:00pm.
After an on-scene investigation, it was determined that Yassmin Cuyun-Rodriguez, 32, of 149 South Water St had assaulted the victim during the argument.
She was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Assault in the 3rd degree and two counts of Risk of Injury to a Minor.
She was unable to post $5,000 bond and was assigned a Domestic Violence court date of Dec. 15, 2014.
