Connecticut State Police announced that the right lane of I-95 by and the ramp at exit 2 southbound in Byram near the New York state line was closed Monday morning after tractor trailer rolled over.
The incident was described as tractor trailer vs 1 vehicle. Residents reported that Hamilton Avenue was jammed with traffic as a result.
A heavy duty wrecker responded to the scene.

The CT Dept of Consumer Protection was notified because items inside the truck fell out during the crash. Also, the CT Dept of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) was also notified because of a fluid spill.
No injuries were reported.
The crash was reported at 6:16am.
