Report of Suspicious Vehicle at Cos Cob Train Station Leads to Arrest

On Tuesday around 5:00am Greenwich Police were detailed to the Cos Cob train station on a report of a suspicious vehicle possibly involved in drug activity.

Officers located the vehicle in central Greenwich and investigation on scene revealed that a man was in possession of a device commonly used in mail “fishing” crimes and gave officers two fake names.

The subject was identified by his fingerprints as Marlon A Brown, 29, of Queens, NY.

Police determined Mr. Brown had three extraditable warrants from the NYPD. He was arrested and charged with Interfering with an Officer/Resisting and Possession of Burglar Tools.

His bond was set at $500,000 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Nov 13, 2019. No mug shot was available.
